Heatable (“we”, “us”) is owned and operated by LoveLeads Ltd. LoveLeads is a registered company (08804726), registered at Glebe Business Park, Lunts Heath Road, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 5SQ.
“You” and “Your” refers to any person or company who accesses and uses Heatable.
“User(s)” refers to site traffic individuals using Heatable.co.uk to generate estimate boiler installation quotes and/or speak to a potential installer.
“Lead(s)” refers to a user/customer that has been referred over to you the installer and thus generated a payable transaction to the installer contacted.
Services to Installers
Heatable provides its users with free no obligation boiler installation quotes using the pricing information that you the installer have previously entered into our system. After listing these quotes we will display a telephone number to the user in which they can choose to contact you the installer on directly (connecting to the telephone number provided by you). The moment this call is activated by the caller, a lead will be generated and charged to you at the previously agreed cost. Customers can also request a call from you via a “call-back request”, this is also charged at the previously agreed cost. This is the extent of our paid for services to you the installer. Use of our system/dashboard features is free.
Information Received with Leads
When leads are received via inbound calls, we cannot guarantee that you will receive any customer information. It is your responsibility to take down any information you deem necessary from that customer to continue business with them. This includes but is not limited to; name, address, telephone number, current heating system type. In most cases however, you will receive confirmation of the customers telephone number and the time they called via email. Customers who have seen your company details on Heatable will have been shown a reference number in relation to your specific boiler package, if you take this reference from them, you will be able to confirm exactly which package it relates to upon entering it into the lead section of the Heatable dashboard (assuming the customer has supplied the correct reference).
When leads are received via a “call-back request”, you will receive that customers name, post code, email address and details of the boiler package they were looking at most recently before completing the call back request. These details will be posted into your dashboard and in most cases, you will also receive them via email. It is your responsibility to regularly check both your email and Heatable dashboard for lead notifications.
You are free to pause or remove your Heatable listing at any time. If you wish to be permanently removed, please contact us directly.
We reserve the right to remove any installer partner from Heatable without communicated reason or warning.
Payment & Returns
Invoices will be delivered by email every Monday detailing payment owed for leads received the week prior (Monday to Sunday). Payment will then be taken via the previously set up Direct Debit approximately 3 working days after the Monday of invoice delivery. The amount charged will exclude any leads which you have returned and have been accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse any returned leads without limitation. Heatable do however offer a fair returns policy and we will look into each case and consider it carefully.
Any failure of full direct debit payments will result in the immediate suspension of your Heatable account and we will pass over the issue to our debt collection agency if the payment is not settled within 14 days. If you anticipate any issues with upcoming payments, please contact us immediately to discuss.
All calls connected via the telephone number displayed for an installer on Heatable are recorded. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you consent to these calls being recorded and used for inhouse training, quality monitoring and investigation of returned leads. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your call recording(s).
Liability & Use of Heatable
Providing customers with estimate quotes and contact details for an installer is the extent of our service to that user unless they contact us specifically regarding our web service. If we are contacted by a user regarding a product/service they have received from you, we will refer them back to you immediately.
We understand that prices shown by you on Heatable may still be subject to a physical home survey of the interested customer and they also agree to this by using Heatable, however by agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept responsibility for accuracy of your prices and in particular, the offering of any additional package extras, including but not limited to; Smart Thermostats, System Flushes or Filters.
We accept absolutely no responsibility for the products and service that our users receive once referred to you, the installer. All responsibility to that user/customer lies with you the installer, including but not limited to liability for personal injury, death or fraud. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you accept this liability without exception.
Upon joining Heatable we will check your business against the Gas Safe register (www.gassaferegister.co.uk) in correlation with the details you provided us with. You accept responsibility for the accuracy of this information and accept liability for any inaccurate or false information provided.
If there are any changes to accreditations you hold (i.e Gas Safe), you must inform us of this immediately as it may affect your right to be listed on Heatable. If you fail to inform us of such a change or loss of accreditation, you accept complete responsibility for any repercussions that arise from it.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you also accept that we may use publicly available images/photographs of you or your company for use on Heatable. We also reserve the right to amend any written content you apply to your Heatable profile or Campaign Set Up without warning. This includes but is not limited to; profile text & campaign pitches.
Using Heatable – Our Website & Software
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
Furthermore, we do not accept responsibility for any of the below potential losses:

➢ Loss of profit, income or revenue
➢ Loss of business or potential business
➢ Loss of time to you, your associates or your employees
➢ Loss of any of the above caused by any of our site users
We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
You must not operate a link to Heatable which may damage Heatable’s reputation, or suggest any association or approval from us. We can require you to remove such links at any time with immediate effect.
We reserve the right to delete, amend or add information and content on Heatable without notice.
As a user of Heatable, it is your responsibility to regularly check these terms and conditions for updates or changes. Any changes to terms and conditions will also be notified in your user dashboard.
