Trusted Traders, we're fully insured, all of our installers are fully insured, we're Gas Safe registered, a member of MCS and HIES, plus all of our activities are regulated by the FCA. We've been around since 2017, we're growing fast, and going nowhere fast.
Yes, we do. In fact, we offer finance on everything. That's including low-rate interest-bearing finance, interest-free credit finance, buy now pay later, Klarna... and others. On the renewables side, we recently secured over £100m in funding via a specialist bank which has been set aside to break down the barriers for homeowners who're looking to crush their bills.
Anything that'll help save our customers time, and energy. So, that's things like high-efficiency gas boiler installations, bill busting battery storage and bill slashing solar systems. We have an online, zero obligation, "no-sales" approach to sales.
We have a network of installation partners, who're all connected to each other, and us, via our app. In order to fit for us, installers go through a long, strict (and frankly, quite tedious), onboarding process. We do background checks, skills tests and make sure they're all fully insured, and carry the right, comprehensive qualifications. Following Which? Trusted Trader guidelines, they put quality and our customers, first.
Once you've booked and confirmed your order, we'll send over the details of who'll be servicing your boiler. We have our own network, plus, a number of experienced, quality servicing partners all over the UK.
Yes, we do. If you choose to book a one-off service, you'll be offered a plan as an option once your initial service is complete.
A boiler service should take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the boiler type and system age. The engineer will check the major components, tweak the burner and ensure it is running at it's maximum efficiency.
When booking a service online, you're able to let us know if there is a particular date you'd prefer for your service. Once booked, we'll work our best to do it on that date, and at a time which suits you. Sometimes, the date may differ from your preferred depending on engineer availability.
One of our fully trained, NICEIC approved installation partners. Your installation will come with a 12 month workmanship warranty, plus the warranty on the charger itself.
Yes, indeed we do. We offer a range of finance options, including the ability to split the cost with Klarna. You'll be able to see the available monthly payment options on the finance calculator on our results page.
No, there isn't. Our online prices are fixed, and aren't subject to change (pending you answered all of the questions on the form, correctly).
In most cases, it'll be no more than 1 day. On the rare occasion, or crazy complex install, it may take 2, tops. But, that's super rare.
Yes, you'll get a 12 month workmanship warranty directly with us. Plus, you'll get the warranty on the charger itself (usually 3-5 years).
Yes, we only install Type 2. They're the most common, and are suitable for most cars in the UK. It is your responsibility to check that your vehicle has a Type 2 charger prior to booking.
