Tesla Cashback Promotion – Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for the Tesla Cashback Promotion, customers must register their claim with Tesla by Tuesday 30th June 2026 via the official Tesla Cashback Claim portal - https://www.teslaenergyreward.com/?country=GB
Customers must submit their completed cashback claim to Tesla by Monday 31st August 2026, including a paid invoice confirming the eligible Tesla product has been fully installed and commissioned.
No exceptions will be made to these deadlines. Claims submitted after the stated dates will not be eligible for cashback.
Installation delays, including but not limited to DNO approval delays, split installations, roofing works, large inverter lead times, or any other unforeseen circumstances, may affect eligibility for the cashback promotion. Split installations are chargeable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet Tesla's registration and claim deadlines. Heatable cannot accept responsibility for unsuccessful cashback claims resulting from missed deadlines, installation delays, internet or technical issues, incomplete documentation, or any circumstances outside of Heatable's control.
The Tesla Cashback Promotion is administered by Tesla and is subject to Tesla's own promotional terms and conditions. Heatable reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer if the promotion is changed or withdrawn by Tesla.
