In order to prove that we really do take satisfying our customers seriously and care about raising standards in the boiler industry, we wanted to be put to the test by the trusted and prestigious consumer organisation Which?.
With that goal in mind, we invited the consumer experts at Which? into our headquarters to scrutinize our boiler installation service in the hopes of joining their Approved Service scheme.
And, thanks to all the hard work from our amazing team, we are excited to announce that it's now official and we are now the very first online boiler installation service in the country to become a Which? Trusted Trader.
What does the Which? Trusted Trader Status mean?
This means that the consumer experts at Which have officially endorsed Heatable as a "Trusted Trader".
The approval process was rigorous and involved the installation and repairs engineers in the network undergoing and passing a thorough assessment process to ensure that they met the requirements of Which?'s approved service scheme.
The Which? brand is recognised by 94% of people throughout the UK.
After a comprehensive assessment process that looked at the financial health of the business, our complaints process, insurance policies, background checks and installer competencies, Heatable was endorsed.

In light of our new status, all of our products will display the Which? Trusted Traders Approved Service logo in future marketing material, online and on social media, to showcase our new Which? approved endorsement.
In addition, consumers can now read genuine moderated reviews on Heatable’s Which? Trusted Trader profile page, further increasing brand trust and the legitimacy of our customer reviews.
