Warranty
The Main Eco Elite comes with a sturdy 5-year warranty. That can certainly be beaten by a number of other combi boilers but getting a half a decade of peace of mind, certainly isn't to be overlooked - particularly in and around the Main price range.

Aesthetics review
'Which is the best looking boiler?' It's the question we're most regularly asked at Heatable. Unfortunately, we can't tell you it's the Main Eco Elite. The Eco Elite isn't offensive on the eye but it does tend to carry the look of a boiler that has very recently been thrust into witness protection on short notice.
Thinking that the aesthetics of a boiler is surely opinion based? Think again. It's the Ideal Vogue. Sadly, there’s loads of better boilers, though.

A well installed Main Eco Elite can be a remarkably long lasting boiler and we would refer to the old cliche - if it ain't broken, don't fix it.
The Eco Elite has an enviable reputation amongst installers for being utterly indestructible, so if you already have yourself a working one or have discovered one in a home you have recently bought, like a gas guzzling homeless stowaway, you could do much worse than keeping it.
However, if it has already begun to breakdown, then your best bet is to invest in a new combi and - sorry Main - probably not an Eco Elite.
